This is probably the last time I’ll get to post this (meaning I’ll post it several times more), but in high school I was working as a VIP usher at a local concert venue and for Toby Keith, there were a bunch of congressmen to seat as well as the late great George Gordon “fucking” Liddy. I don’t remember much about the show itself, but there was star power.

The other big memory was that the album with the doghouse on the cover was all over WinMX as part of the short-lived ALBW (album wrap) that let you download the whole album at once. The only others I can think of were Beck’s Sea Change and Iggy Pop’s Brick By Brick. Of course I downloaded them all because hey, free album.
