I remember hearing a former Scientologist/Sea-Org member say that despite how controlling Scientology is, it doesn’t demand that you support a particular party, but most Scienotogists vote Republican. Scientologists want as little government oversight of The Church of Scientology as possible, and I think they mostly distrust every other big organization, so most of them probably have attitudes that would lead them to support various Libertarian platforms. They’re strongly against some things that Libertarians support legalizing, like recreational drug use (but they’re generally anti-vaxxers as well)
