they live stuff is more central to their reputation, and you’re always saying you don’t like live albums. They’ve released a ton of live stuff at this point. I regret that I never saw them live, although I don’t recall a time that I specifically knew the were playing nearby and blew it off. If I’d seen them it would have been post-Betts, but they were still a good live band at that point (and the tail end of Betts time with them was supposed to be pretty shakey).

For original members, every original member of Skynyrd is dead. The Allmans still have Jaimoe.
