Harvest was my first Neil Young album and I’ve always liked it, but it’s not on the level of the two below it. Out on the Weekend has always resonated with me for reasons that I can’t articulate, and all of side one is very good, but side two is two big radio staples and some decidedly lesser songs. There’s a World is truly bad, and probably my least favorite song on any of his big ’70s albums. Surprised to hear you stick up for There’s a World. Weren’t you the one who said that it sounded like Young was trying to be the Carl Orff of ’70s singer-songwriters, or something like that?
Is The Needle and the Damage Done the shortest classic rock radio hit?

I’ll relisten to Atom Heart Mother and get back to you, it’s one of the Floyd albums I don’t know very well. I also meant to relisten to Saucerfull and reply when you reveiewed that, but didn’t get to it, so I’ll do that one too.
