I also note that he described himself as “having the easiest job on Earth.” He talks about that Pixies album as if he barely had to do anything and isn’t that the case? He really did just basically set a band up to play live in a room didn’t he?

I have wondered what would happen if you were to plunk some modern day woke college kids down in 1987 and such. As a kid in the 90s I always found it a lot more fascinating when something offended people than now.
