Gong can be really goofy but that album has some great catchy fun stuff. You Cant Kill Me is my favorite on that album because it chugs along amazingly and has some really cool multiple parts throughout the song that kicks ass. I Bin Stone Before is another favorite. It is one of those songs that is really fun to sing along loudly to and i love the melody. I like the whole album and it is one of my faves of theirs but i think i prefer Flying Teapot. They have other really dreamy ethereal songs as well on other albums but i don’t know if you would necessarily be a fan of their goofy humor if you didn’t like this one. Check out Flying Teapot next and if you don’t like it then forget it.

There is also the first Gong album which sounds like a long lost Syd Barrett solo album and WAS from 1969 but funnily it sounds more.like it was recorded in 1967. That is a really charming album you might like better because it sounds different than Soft Machine or any other Gong album and more psych pop.
