Hey, I just finished episode 1 of The Last Door in about 40 minutes. There are still three left, but do they get any harder? Episode 1 is extremely linear and it seems you could spam your way through it if you’re stuck by just using every item on every hand icon. The gameplay is basically “find an item, use it, and get another item; repeat”.

It’s a good game but Sierra it is not.

I redownloaded my GOG library to the hard drive on my old computer. Most of the games should be fine with a HDD. Obviously I can’t start Avernum 2 until I’m on my new computer because I’d lose the save.

Speaking of that, I got the replacement CPU and I’m still waiting on the RAM. I really should write them because I haven’t even got an e-mail saying they’ve received the return. Actually I can check the tracking number.
