1.) everything Phish ever released with the exception of (roughly) 2004-2012. my fav years are probably 1994, 1997, 1998, 2003, 2017, and 2021.
2.) every grateful dead show between 1972-1975 plus some other years too (69, 77, and 89 are also great years).
Others:
Little Feat - Waiting For Columbus
Camel - A Live Record
Dream Theater’s - Live at Budokan (their live albums are largely better than their studio albums. James Labrie touches up his vocals in the studio thankfully since his actual live singing kinda sucks)
Genesis - Seconds Out (both are great but I kinda like this one better than Genesis Live since it’s a bit more unique with so much Phil singing Gabriel songs and lots of great double drumming moments)
Rush - All the World’s a Stage for the early years and Rush In Rio for the later years
King Crimson - Radical Action To Unseat the Hold of Monkey Mind (Absent Lovers too obviously and there’s probably some other releases from the final line up that would qualify too)
Daft Punk - Alive 2007
Animal Collective - Live at 9:30
I’ll think of some more later.
