The Ice Palace is my favorite, and I always beat it like a man, without cheating and getting the cane from the next dungeon.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever gone 10 years without playing through it. If I did it was only once, and would have been before my last playthrough, which was 3 or 4 years ago, probably 4 since that would have been during COVID. When I was younger I played it every year.
