I just watched Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and you’re right, it’s a turd. A sequel for the sake of a sequel, 25 years after the first one. I hope “MacArthur Park” doesn’t become associated with the franchise like “Day-O”. But it won’t because hopefully there won’t be a third. The movie just has no reason to exist and doesn’t add anything to the original. Just looking backward on past original, creative glories. IOW it’s perfect for 2024 America and Donald Trump.

We need the breakdancing midget back in the next one, if they ever make it.

That’s the only 2024 movie I’ve seen.
