Have you seen Trilogy of Error? That’s from the next season. I remember multiple people here thinking it was the last really good episode, but it’s neither typical of that era, nor the classic era.

Since you called “E-I-E-I-D’oh” “the glove slapping episode” I feel that I should point out that I really only like it for the farming plot, not the “glove slap” first act plot. That’s a reversal of what I remember about most of the episodes from around that time, when they were more likely to have an okay first act and then fall apart as they got into the main plot.

I thought that everyone had Fox, since Fox affiliates are antenna channels. Did you only have 2 channels or something?
