I had no idea at all there was a 2022 Pixies album; I don’t recall any announcement and thought you were talking about the 2019 album, Beneath The Eyrie (not a Game of Thrones reference, I hope!) which was the only one of their reunion albums I thought was solid. I’ve actually returned to the songs “Silver Bullet” and “In The Arms Of Mrs. Mark Of Cain” quite a few times!!

I’ll file it next to the Blur reunion album and Ride reunion albums that I still haven’t gotten around to hearing. I think another Slowdive album has come out too, which I really ought to know about considering how addicted I was to the three best songs on their 2017 album.
