How does Haggar have a blonde daughter (possibly a blonde BLACK daughter)?

Blond hair is recessive so both parents can be carrying a gene for it but have black hair. I have red hair even though my dad’s is black, because he got a copy of the gene from his father (black hair is dominant so you only need one).
