I guess Who Are You is okay, but for me all those post-1973 Who albums (including the two reunion albums) hit pretty much about the same level of quality–not great albums, only a few gems to pick out of those tracklistings, not going to listen to them very often, but none of them were really terrible. Barring a few minor synth additions and such, I think what they started with Who’s Next and Quadrophenia was what they’d try the rest of their careers (as The Who; I’m not going to do solo Pete Townshend.)
