I walk to and from work. THat’s probably a little under three miles. Usually a couple days a week I swing by a store on the way home that is a little out of the way, so that adds probably half-a-mile.
According to this website, that probably totals 6,000 to 8,000 steps, and that doesn’t include normal walking around.
When the weather is nice I often go for walks in the evening, but we’re still not to that time of the year.
