I haven’t kept up with his perspective on the music industry post-COVID, but from what I gather things have gotten significantly worse for musicians in the past decade (particularly the past few years). Really terrible that in retrospect I might look back on the mid-2010s as halcyon days, but it’s looking more and more like it.
