Regarding their “currency,” Steven Tyler was 53 at the time the album came out, which was considered old for a pop/rock star then, but wouldn’t be now (Eminem turns 53 next year.) Wouldn’t the album, and “Jaded,” have been following a wave of negative publicity for Aerosmith because of “I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing”?

I don’t remember “Outta Your Head” right away because I’ve already forgotten most of the second half of the album, but that is a very bad lyric. Of course I don’t feel like being mean to “Flesh” anymore.
