I saw 1964 and 1965 dates for Palmer Eldrich. If you’re going by the serial in Analog, then Dune World started in 1963 and concluded in 1965, and Prophet of Dune was 1965. The original Dune novel combines those serials.

I went with 1965 for the sake of the joke. That wasn’t the original cover for Palmer Eldrich. Which makes recycling a Dune cover even more baffling.
