Our local oldies station still exists but it doesn’t play what an oldies station played in the ’90s, the pushed the time period forward. Now it’s like a softer version of the 90s classic rock stations I used to listen to, with shallower playlists and no new songs from the artists who are still around (although there are probably less of those than there used to be anyway).
