The second to last one looks like someone lamely copied the perspective from, of all things, Uriah Heep’s Demons & Wizards, but they only had a package of crayons, two hours to actually do the illustration and they were 12 years old. The Heep cover was laughable to begin with because it was done by Roger Dean but looked like he drug it out of the bottom drawer once Yes became big that year.

The VERY last one looks like that same person was commissioned, in the same amount of time, to come up with the cover for a really bad SNES game. Seriously, go look up Drakkhen or something like that.

Honestly, was the Satan’s Poop one issued as an actual album cover? If that was actually issued as something that got a WIDE RELEASE then I’d die laughing.

Tell me that the Sex Trash one came before This Is Spinal Tap was released. (For the record, “Smell The Glove” was inspired by Whitesnake’s Lovehunter.)

Wasn’t there an Yngwie Malmsteen or Dio cover or something called “Killing The Dragon” that was similar to the Leviticus album?

The very first one actually seems like it might be worth listening to–hey, I like some of those bands!! Was some of it good? I like that font, too–that could have been used on a better illustration!
