I think alot of people think that Turtles In Time is the best TMNT game, even if the original arcade game was more iconic because it came out earlier. I have not played the arcade game, but the SNES version is fun and is still considered an SNES classic. It’s easy though. When you beat it it displays your play time, and I remember it being 29 minutes and change. I think I’ve played through it twice, two-player both times.

The NES exclusive arcade style The Manhattan Project is good, and has aged much better than the more famous second game/port of the original arcade. I’ve played it with a friend a few times, and we got pretty far but did not beat it.
