Yeah I remember those warez sites back then. It was pretty difficult to find what you wanted to and definitely risky. When I found Napster I was shocked on what you can find on there. Definitely a milestone for me on finding music at the time..

It is wild to think those mp3 players were already emerging in the late 90s. A friend of mine in high school showed me that he had one and it was an interesting novelty even though I was fine with just listening on my computer. Burning CDs was my thing around that time and right in like 99 or 2000 it was nice how common it was and cheaper to buy a CD burner and blank CDs.
