The hilarious part is of course that Mike Myers isn’t playing “Stairway” at all in that WW scene…because, of course, Led Zeppelin are famous for not licensing their music.
I think I might have heard the intro at some point before 1998, but I didn’t know it was that particular song. Downloading “Kashmir” in 1998 was my impetus for finally getting into classic rock.
