Like two days ago we were being told that we couldn’t even distribute ART pills to HIV patients - pills that were already delivered, sitting in medical centers, waiting to be handed out. At least now those programs theoretically have waivers to move forward; but I say theoretically because most of the staff have been fired and the others have been told they can’t talk to anyone without permission.
