The article is dry but the graphs are interesting. I honestly haven’t heard of the people on the graph of artists once popular but now largely forgotten. LOL, country music is the least memorable genre. All the forgotten 90s acts are country. That’s because it’s shit. Just the blandest, most generic music ever played by studio hacks,sung by faceless hat acts, all about the same tired subjects of whiskey, women, trucks, small towns, Jeebus, and Murica.

Ugh, Bon Jovi, most memorable of the mall rat decade. And to a lesser extent Queen for the mood ring era.
