There’s the 142 minute Director’s Cut which is definitive, the “Love Conquers All” happy ending version which is 94 minutes (yikes!!!). and the original American theatrical release which was 132 minutes, and which is gone.

I should probably buy Brazil someday…it’s his best film, all I have by Gilliam in my own personal collection is 12 Monkeys.
