The problems cropped up in December, but I think I have backed up copies of the Steam save files, but I’m not really sure if I saved the right thing and if it works the way I was hoping it would. I was done with two quests and almost done with the third, and I’ve played through it before, so it’s not that big a deal. I wanted to take a break from the game for a while, now I wish I’d just powered through for another 90 minutes or so and beaten it :(
