I really ought to see *West Side Story” sometime but beyond that, I’m not quite sure why people really care about the Tonys. It’s irrelevant unless you’re in the upper classes of a single city. Has the average New Yorker even ever seen a Broadway play? to say nothing of the rest of the country.
