If he buys TikTok I guess he’ll ruin it just like he ruined Xitter, and I never liked either platform so I don’t really care. A lot of this has me wondering if I were a kid today whether I’d be heartbroken about all this shit. I know if Mario Maker existed when I was a kid I’d be completely addicted to that, so.

I kind of probably should stop reading r/facepalm, where I’m getting all this from, or at least not read it so thoroughly. My OCD compels me to click every single one of those posts if they have over 50 responses and it’s all getting pretty depressing not to mention repetitive (most posts are just lame tweets from Trump or Musk followed by 500 “OH GOD WE’RE FUCKED WHERE’S LUIGI THAT’S THE ONLY THING THAT WILL WORK KILL KILL KILL” type responses.)

I wouldn’t advocate lynching someone who flies the Confederate flag, but I do deplore it, so to speak. It’s always a, er, red flag. Y’know. As Derrouac said it’s more of a catch all rural American symbol now, it’s flied all over the place in states that weren’t in the South in 1861 so, uh.
