The pictures and whatnot look like the fucking apocalypse. On a spontaneous “say something nice” note, at least it doesn’t seem like there have been very many fatalities. On a not so nice note, the social media bullshit tsunami about the events is perhaps the most embarrassing shit we’ve had since the election. Apartheid Clyde blamed fucking DEI for wildfires, and Trump seems to think water is supposed to trickle down from NoCal to SoCal. Oh also Andrew Tate is running for prime minister of the UK.

To answer your earlier question, I don’t think I ever listened to an entire album by David Allen Coe, but I think he was a lot more in on his own joke (however funny it was or wasn’t, and while I try not to be a PC prude so much these days, it honestly wasn’t terribly witty) than GG Allin was, right? Aside from chuckling at “Son Of Evil” and laughing at puns on “Suck My Ass It Smells” and “Ass Fuckin Butt Suckin Cunt Licken Masturbation” on Prindle’s FB page, I don’t think I can laugh at GG Allin much anymore. He really did just wake up and hate the entire human race every hour of every day of his life.

I have never read anything written by Neil Gaiman and…uh, did I really miss anything? Yeah, nerds and comic book types have been raving about him for ages now, but I never found the time. I can’t remember if I’d read that he was a creep before or not. It was funnier to read Dave Sim’s cranky rantings.
