I know the Ebert review revealed that Arnie was good Terminator, but that’s probably not what you meant.
He REALLY pounds that biker at the beginning. I always wince when the guy ends up on the stove.
Arnold has not had an acclaimed film since 1994, unless you mean The Expendables, which I guess was sort of liked by, uh, some, uh, people. But he’s a cameo in that film. I suppose Escape Plan was well liked. Maybe Eraser got good reviews and wasn’t hated or anything but when was the last time you heard anyone talk about it? He was being written off when Collateral Damage came out.
It’s also worth noting that True Lies is basically the least talked about Cameron film by now. So…
