Nice to know that you really liked it. I will have to check it out soon. I agree it’s nice that it isn’t a typical “coming of age” film over the course of a summer or a year or whatever. I just saw plenty of idiots online ironically mocking the concept mainly - “IT TOOK 12 YEARS TO MAKE BROS!” - that kind of ironic sarcasm over the idea that the whole marketing and “gimmick” in their eyes towards the film was all that the film was about and that it was a shallow concept in execution. I am sure it is exaggerated bullshit. I love Linklater’s stuff generally.

Yeah Elliot Rodger I guess unfortunately brought the whole “incel” thing to light. I guess it is just basically the modern creepy stalker or potential serial killer. It is just funny how these writers stick in these online memes in their movies sometimes.
