The worst titles are ones like Fast and Furious and The Final Destination. I’d say it would fuck up search engines and Amazon but I looked up the Music’s self-titled album on the latter to test tgis and I guess the algorithm accounts for it.

And you are WRONG! “Womyn” is the singular, “wimmin” is the plural. This is a misreading of the words (I can explain if you’d like), but “herstory” is much worse because it’s not only a PC reaction to ignorantly misreading a word, but it assumes it’s English originally and exclusively. It’s from the Greek “historia” and appears in most European languages, including such non-“gendered” forms such as the Italian “istoria”. All are gramatically feminine words btw. “Story” is also from “historia” though.

Misreading foreign words is nothing new rhough. When the Romans caltured the city of Maleventum (something to do with sheep in Greek but “ill-come” in Latin) rhey renamed it to Beneventum (“well come”). As a culture they were really superstitious, though, they had an excuse.
