It was called I’m Not There, it got huge glowing slobbering heaps of praise from critics, and it exited the conversation pretty damn quickly, which seems to be par for the course with a lot of critics’ movies since streaming became a thing, I think. Or maybe I’m wrong, but it sure seems that way.

If you never saw it, the best part of the film was by far Cate Blanchett playing the 1965-66 era Dylan at an Andy Warhol party in New York.

Christian Bale and Heath Ledger also both played Dylan in that film, but their parts weren’t as good.

Dylan is also a character seen very briefly at the end of Inside Llewyn Davis.

I don’t know how good of an actor Timotheeeee Chalamet really is, I’m not going to watch his Willy Wonka movie and I didn’t really feel like watching that LGBTQ film that made him famous in the first place. I don’t think he gave a bad performance in Dune but nobody really gave a great one, now did they?
